Prototype terms of use

These are plain-language prototype terms and are not a substitute for final commercial terms reviewed by a qualified professional.

ReachMe is a backup contact tool

ReachMe helps a finder call or message trusted contacts selected by the owner. It is not a tracker, emergency service, medical device, or guarantee that a person will be found or contacted.

Internet and third-party access

The public page requires a compatible phone, internet access, and a person willing to scan the QR. Mobile network and phone services are outside ReLink Labs’ control.

Owner responsibility

The owner is responsible for keeping profile information accurate, obtaining permission before publishing another person’s phone number, and deactivating a lost or misused tag.

Prototype availability

Prototype features may change, be interrupted, or be removed while ReachMe is being tested.
